I have been working as a psw for last 3 years. I have been worked with different kind of people with different issues.
Roles and responsibilities of the jobs performed by me are-
- Assist with personal care and showers.
-Administration of medications(if required).
-Assist with daily ADLs.
- Helping with laundry or light housekeeping.
- Encourage elderly to get involve in different activities.
- show empathy and sympathy.
