It is a Rocky Mountain bicycle in good condition. I think the model is Blizzard from around 2000. Chrome moly frame, front suspension, 26 inch wheels with road tires (i.e., not knobby), 24 speed (3x8), Sram grip shifters. The cross bar is about 28 inches high. I think it would fit someone with a 26 inch to 32 inch inseam.
I have heard stories about ride away test rides..... so no test rides unless you leave a deposit equal to the value of the bike. Cash only. Asking $400.
