1 Bed 1 Bath - Apartment or suite

Looking for a rental suite or apartment on an acreage/farm or at least outside of the city. Only need 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
I am a 25 year old, single working professional that desperately wants to avoid having to live in the city. I am looking anywhere within a reasonable drive to Okotoks and ideally Calgary including Strathmore, High River, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Bearpaw, etc.
I am a quiet hardworking individual that will treat your place like my own. Also have lots of experience with horses and some with cattle as well. I am alone and have no animals at the moment.
Would be more than open to help out with animals, property, pet sitting and house sitting if needed and do chores to reduce rent as well.
