Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Tree Care Specialists to join our team. This position involves performing various tasks to maintain and care for trees on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree trimming, pruning, removal, and emergency tree care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using proper techniques and equipment.
• Diagnose plant health issues including diseases and pest problems.
• Operate tools and machinery safely, such as ropes, rigging devices, chainsaws, brush saws and chippers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide recommendations and care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications related to arboriculture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in arboriculture or a related field.
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification from the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) is a plus.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.
