Classic road bike. Everything operates fine, but after riding it for a while the tires start rubbing on something (like something is restricting it) and I can't figure out what it is.

High Tensile Steel Tubing. Unit brazed. 20" frame, 27 x 1 1/4 tires, SunTour Spirt / Honor gears, Cherry SR gooseneck, Sugino crank, front and rear reflectors, and a classic road bike seat.
