ROLE: Looking an individual to become a live-in concierge/superintendent of a 32-unit apartment building in LACHINE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-The main mandate of the maintenance manager/concierge is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the building.
-Involves Part-time work but which requires availability on site for given situations.
-General repair work as well as carpentry and plumbing.
-The requirements are: Basic manual skills (painting, plumbing, electricity, etc.).
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar job.
-Attendance and punctuality
-Concern for a job well done
-Autonomy, adaptability
-Honesty
The tasks are:
• General maintenance and various minor repairs (plumbing, electricity and carpentry)
• Rent collection Preparation and presentation of vacant apartments to potential tenants
• Respond to requests from tenants
• Showing/renting apartments: taking phone calls, making appointments for showings to prospective tenants, collection of rents
• Take out the waste and recycling containers
• Clear small sidewalk snow from the main entrance and a garage door entry.
• Monitoring of maintenance contracts
• Support service providers and monitor work.
• Daily inspection of the building, identify anomalies, diagnose problems
• Answer/ let companies in the building/units for a service call
• Ability to paint apartments and / or common areas
• No dogs, Have a good credit history and no criminal record.
• Concern for a job well done

CONCIERGE / SUPERINTENDANT (LACHINE)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un concierge/superintendant pour prendre en charge un immeuble à logement dans lachine.

RESPONSABILITÉS :
• Maintenance Générale de l'immeuble : Nettoyer l'entrée principale, les corridors, etc.
• Montrer/Louer les appartements : Prendre les appels, prendre les rendez-vous pour montrer les appartements à louer, prendre les loyers.
REQUIS / EXPÉRIENCE :
• Expérience comme concierge ou superintendant.
COMPENSATION :
• Appartement payé.
• Salaire additionnel à être déterminer.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un concierge pour un immeuble de 57 appartements situé à AHUNTSIC/CARTIERVILLE.
LOGEMENT FOURNI SALAIRE
RÔLE : Le responsable de la maintenance a pour mandat principal d'assurer la propreté et l'entretien de l'immeuble.
Les tâches sont :
• L'entretien général et les réparations mineures diverses (plomberie, électricité et menuiserie)
• La collecte des loyers La préparation et la présentation des appartements vacants aux locataires potentiels
• Répondre aux demandes des locataires
• Sortir les conteneurs à déchets et à recyclage
• Déblayer la neige petit trottoir de l'entrée principale et une entrée de porte de garage.
• Suivi des contrats d'entretien
• Accompagner les fournisseurs de services et suivre les travaux.
• Inspection quotidienne de la bâtisse, relever les anomalies, diagnostiquer les problems
• Répondre au appele de service
• Peinture des appartements et/ou espaces communs
• Travaux de réparation générale ainsi qu'en menuiserie et en plomberie.
• Les exigences sont : Des habiletés manuelles de base (peinture, plomberie, électricité, etc.).
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un emploi similaire.
• Pas d'animaux Avoir un bon dossier de crédit et aucun dossier criminel.

• Bon sens des responsabilités
Travail à temps partiel mais qui demande une disponibilité sur place.
