I need a ride from the Canadain Golf and Country Club, 7800 Golf Club Way, Ashton, Ontario K0A 1B0 to the address in Carleton Place approximately four more times over the next few months for approximately one-hour appointments each time. then need to go to the address in Ashton after each dental appointment.

I am looking for someone who can pick me up at the address in Ashton, Ontario one hour prior to my dental appointment to take me to the dental office and then pick me up at the dental office after my appointment to take me back to the Canadain Golf and Country Club.
