Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and selling our products to potential clients. This role is strictly commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales prospects within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
