Lead Hand / Landscape Supervisor: 2 years (required)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Lead Hand / Landscape Supervisor, with a proven background in managing small crews/projects with extensive hands-on experience.
• 2-3 years Equipment Operating experience is considered a major asset - (Skid Steer, Truck/Trailer) (Optional)
• Attention to detail and focus on quality of work
• Capable of delegating and coordination
• Reliable and trustworthy personality
Duties are as follows, but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and assist workers on Landscape projects, Gardening projects, Parking Lot Sweeping, Spring Clean Up and other Landscape Construction or Landscape Maintenance projects.
• Operate heavy equipment, if need be, such as Skid steers, or supervise the operation of equipment by crew members.
• Complete daily safety documentation, assist workers with timesheet input, daily reporting on progress to management/ownership.
• Attend safety courses and site-specific safety meetings and relay information to the crew to ensure compliance.
• Ability to assess work site and provide quotation to our clients
