Customer Service /Inside Sales Associate
Location: Mississauga
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $24 to 25 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service /Inside Sales Associate to join our team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in the English language, coupled with experience in call center operations and Inside sales experience. This role involves efficiently managing order processing and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless communication with stores, production facilities, and the shipping team for timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center environment and at least 1 year of inside sales experience
- Proven experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using various computer software and applications relevant to order processing and logistics management, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience with purchase orders, invoicing, data entry, and processing payments
- Experience in generating and analyzing reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in order processing and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting over 70 stores weekly to receive their orders for biweekly distribution.
- Collecting, organizing, and verifying order details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Processing orders internally for our production facilities, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
- Reviewing orders against forecast numbers and historical data to anticipate any increases or fluctuations in demand.
- Coordinating with the supply chain team to finalize orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinating biweekly shipments to the Distribution Centers (DCs), optimizing routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
- Liaising with the shipping team to ensure accurate preparation of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Reviewing Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to confirm successful order delivery and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinating the preparation and processing of invoices for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
- Maintaining organized records of shipping documentation and invoices for reference and auditing purposes.
