Position:
Window Cleaning Technician
Location: Kitchener, Ontario
Salary: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour Commission, Tips, and Bonuses
Contract: 8 Months, Full-time, Seasonal
Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with weekends as needed

What You'll Do:
- Operate our state-of-the-art water-fed poles to clean windows up to 6 stories high without ladders.
- Master the technique of streak-free window cleaning with eco-friendly solutions.
- Expand your skills with tasks like gutter cleaning and soft washing.
- Drive growth through effective marketing tactics like cold prospecting, distribution of door hangers, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every project is completed to our high standards.

Who You Are:
- Eager to learn, with or without prior window cleaning or sales experience.
- Holder of a valid Ontario G Class Driver's License.
- Capable of lifting 20 lbs as required and comfortable using tech tools.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.

Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma.
- Preferred: 1 year of window cleaning or sales experience.
- Must have a valid G Class Driving Licence.
