SITE SERVICES ESTIMATOR
Since 1979, Cotton Inc has proudly serviced the Niagara Region with their various construction needs.
Our site servicing department performs work within the residential, commercial and municipal markets with a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer satisfaction. This work includes the installation of sewer and water mains, parking lots, roads, storm management systems and site grading. Projects range from servicing a single family home to private or municipal projects up to 2-3 million dollars.

We are currently seeking a motivated industry experienced Site Services Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all estimations, tender packages, bids and proposals
- Fully ensure all tender closings are tracked and completed on time
- Generate cut & fill calculations as well as dirt management plans
- Manage all paperwork including daily progress reports, invoicing, project coordination and administration
- Understand and tailor estimates/proposals for unit rate and lump sum contracts
- Participate in and contribute to the construction, implementation and scheduling of projects
- Obtain and organize sub-contractor/supplier quotations; negotiate to ensure quotation meets contractual documents.
- Identify areas of risk and information gaps, and to seek direction from customer representatives
- All other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the sewer and watermain industry
- Estimation experience in the industry is a must
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer (MS Office products) and people skills
- CRM experience is an asset
