Looking for a cleaner with an eye for detail and a quick pace for cleaning furnished rental suites.
The job includes cleaning the suite, washing the sheets and towels in the unit, taking the comforter out to an off-site laundromat to wash and dry, and then returning to redress the bed. The suite must be "hotel clean" when you are finished.

- hours are flexible. We have 48 hours to turn over the suite, and it'll take you 3-5 hours to clean it, so you can choose your timing
- the suites are stocked with cleaning products and tools, but you should arrive with a few basics as well in case anything has been depleted during the guest's stay
- $25/hour
- this is occasional work that you'd fit into your other jobs. Likely 1-2 cleans/month
- the exact addresses vary, but all suites are located centrally in either Broadway or downtown areas
- the suites are left in very nice condition 98% of the time. On the more rare occasion when we get a very dirty suite returned to us, you would take good, clear photos (or videos if that is more descriptive) and have the flexibility in your schedule to work until it's back to "hotel clean"
