Responsibilities

What you will be doing…

Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services, you will provide a full range of administrative support services for the Business Office. You will:

  • Complete payment processing, student loan processing, sponsorship coordination, general cashiering and administrative tasks
  • Complete invoice processing for corporate and student accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Provide front-line service for walk-in, telephone, and email inquiries

Qualifications

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration.?Or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10 ) years of administrative experience.
  • You have a minimum of two years recent and related experience in a fast-paced, front line service-orientated office environment
  • You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 and email.
  • You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work accurately with accounting documents and monetary transactions.
  • Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset (especially post-secondary)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.
