JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be experienced in Painting in the Commercial and Industrial field.
Valid Drivers License is desirable.
Operating Pressure Washers, Sprayers, and carrying out Daily Maintenance needs of the equipment.
Clean up Work areas, Equipment, brushes, rollers, supplies and materials while applying Standard Safety Practices and Procedures.
MUST have Knowledge of LIFTS and Working at Heights Certification.
Flexible approach to Working Hours due to needs of our clients and contracts.
Takes Instructions well and Follows through with the Supervisors Requests for carrying out the job specific needs.
Respectful of Upper Management and of Clients Superiors on job sites.
Performing a Variety of Painting Tasks for extended periods of time.
Able to work under conditions of heat and cold.
Mixing Paints to manufacturers specifications.
Preparing a Variety of Surfaces for Different types of Paint following Industry Safety procedures.
Maintaining Full Compliance with respect to all Health and Safety requirements.
Focused on JOB PRODUCTIVITY with care taken for completing High Quality Workmanship.
Attention to Detail minded candidate.
Reliable and Responsible Work Attendance Record.
Can bring Energy, Ambition, and a Strong desire to be Contributing Team Player to our company.
Desire to be Productive and Advance within our company and Contribute to the companies future goals.
Candidate will be Responsible for Maintaining and Retaining their own Required Certifications for the Commercial and Industrial field.
