Job Description
Treads by Design is a growing stair manufacturing company. We are seeking a self-
motivated, energetic individual to complement our team as a stair installer, finisher and or in the shop .
Requirements
 Must possess a high attention to detail
 Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the carpentry/ framing field or
related education
 Must be physically capable of performing all duties, including but not limited to
lifting stair parts and equipment
 Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. 
Responsibilities
 Use and care of company tools, vehicles and equipment
 Obey and understand all safety requirements and wear all required PPE
 Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
 Performs other duties as required
