Job Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in clients' homes, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow established cleaning schedules and instructions to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in every job.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Experience in cleaning homes is preferred but not mandatory. We provide training to all new hires.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to uphold company values of professionalism and integrity.
