Need to empty an apartment. All items are "as is". No delivery, you pickup.
Futon frame - metal and wood. Works fine. No pad.
Chair - old but useful for mancave or furry companion.
Bed frame - old but in decent condition. Solid.
Mattress and box spring - fits the bedframe, 15 years old, one stain otherwise in good condition. Could be used with a mattress cover.
