General/ skilled laborer with skills forming concrete basement foundations, framing, insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, mudding/ taping, painting, roofing, and a whole range of other tasks I enjoy doing such as heavy lifting (as I Am also a certified personal trainer & fitness coach) I'm good with heights, can clean chimneys and eaves troughs, wash siding etc etc. Very good with demolition & Small home repairs. It's the slowest season I've seen in many year and am getting a little desperate to get back to work so I can eat as well as pay the bills. Can also do massages but I'm not certified but I don't think I need a certificate to do foot massages. If theres anything you need done I'm your handy man & a jack of all trades.
