We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef specializing in Trinidadian cuisine to join our restaurant team. As a Trinidadian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes such as roti, curry chicken, stew chicken, dalpuri, and paratha roti. Your expertise in Trinidadian spices, cooking techniques, and flavors will be essential in maintaining the authenticity and quality of our menu. This position is part-time for now but will most likely turn into a full time position

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Trinidadian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in all dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef specializing in Trinidadian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Trinidadian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work safely efficiently in a kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
