Job description for Host Live Streaming TikTok
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Livestream Shopping Host. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting live-streaming sales sessions on our TikTok
Job requirements:
• Using the company account in TikTok live streaming, selling products, explaining the characteristics of each product, digging out the selling points and highlights of the product.
• Familiarity and understanding of product information and offers in advance, with personal suggestions and ideas best.
• Carry out short video content shooting and publishing for the live streaming account.
• You can work full time or part time, no location requirements, you can work from home after passing the company's assessment, no working hours required, free schedule, but no less than 6 hours per week.
• Participate in the team's live streaming with data effect optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Setup and breakdown of live streaming scripts on scheduled days
• Collaborate with the production crew to brainstorm ideas
• Conduct 3-4 hours of live streaming for each session, with 0.5 hours of preparation before and review after each session
• Provide engaging content to the audience
• Assist with staged photo and video shoots
• Create short video content for pre-promotion on social media platforms
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in social media live streaming and short video production
• Experience with live video production and sales preferred
• Fluency in English required; English is the mother tongue.
• Student with a background in media & communication preferred
• Previous experience in offline cosmetics, fashion sales, or restaurant services desirable
• Experience in live streaming on the Internet, understanding the concept of data such as length of viewing duration/transaction conversion; strong language organization skills, strong sense of camera modelling, good at mobilizing interpersonal atmosphere.
• Have a sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and strong teamwork skills.
• Able to follow the live streaming schedule in the evening.
• You can choose to sell makeup products live with your face exposed, or you can choose to sell hand products with only your hands exposed.

Compensation:
$20-$30 per hour plus revenue share after the qualifying period. Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
