Position: Service Calls Dispatcher

Frequency: 1-2 hours a day, Monday to Friday

Are you looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity with a reputable local company? Dealtwith Contracting Ltd. is seeking a Service Calls Dispatcher to join our team. As a busy company handling residential and commercial repair and maintenance service calls, we need someone reliable to efficiently dispatch work between our skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

Receive service calls via our app
Log calls on our system and assign them to the appropriate trade (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, HVACR)
Communicate job details to tradespeople
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
Close requests in our system once jobs are finished
Requirements:

Excellent computer skills and technology literacy
Reliable internet access and a quality phone
Available from 8am to 4pm for on-call duties
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
Impeccable written and spoken English skills
Additional Information:

Training provided in person, lasting no longer than 2 paid hours
Ongoing support from our CEO
Interviews conducted in a local coffee shop of your choice
Note: This is a legitimate work-from-home opportunity. Remuneration will be based on experience and workload, with flexibility for negotiation. However, please note that this position cannot serve as a primary source of income.
