A minimum of 30-40 hours/week, responsible for supervising 3-10 people in a fast paced environment. Duties include, making pizzas, customer service and addressing customers complaints and concerns. Supervise and co-ordintate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensure food service food safety and quality control, prepare and submit reports, money handling.
