At The King's Gambit Chess Academy, we take parent's goals as our own! Whether you want your child to learn the game of Kings and Geniuses while being highly entertained sharing the experience with other kids, or you want him/her to be a serious contender for future championships' titles, our courses are the best choice for you!

Our team consists of international, World Chess Federation (FIDE) certified trainers who achieved several titles and victories throughout decades of participating in high-level chess tournaments. Our trainers have long experience designing and teaching chess programs to all levels, from total beginners to champions. This highly qualified team is ready to help your children reach their full potential, combining critical thinking skills and intellectual sport with lots of fun activities that our students share with other kids of their same level.

To provide the perfect experience for our students, we divide the weekly lessons into two parts:

1. Studying part (About 30 Minutes): Where your children learn chess, by studying a world-class academic chess curriculum, recognized by the World Chess Federation (FIDE) and FIDE Trainers' Commission

2. Playing part (About 30 Minutes): Where our future champions play and practice -under our supervision- on one of the top online chess platforms/applications. Each student will have his/her personal access credentials for easier access, practice, and to solve homework at any time, and for you -the parents- to monitor progress and achievements.

Our weekly lessons are held on Fridays & Saturday (2 classes/options). Time at different time zones:

Friday - Lesson time in different time zones in Canada:
• 2:00-3:00 pm PST
• 3:00-4:00 pm MST
• 4:00–5:00 pm CST
• 5:00–6:00 pm EST
• 6:00-7:00 pm AST
• 6:30–7:30 pm NST

Saturday - Lesson time in different time zones in Canada:
• 6:00-7:00 am PST
• 7:00 am-8:00 am MST
• 8:00–9:00 am CST
• 9:00-10:00 am EST
• 10:00-11:00 am AST
• 10:30–11:30 am NST

* All prices are subject to taxes, which will be calculated and added according to the rate of the trainee's province.
