Entire Home is welcoming experienced talent to apply for the position of Home Improvement Sales Specialist working as an independent contractor.

We are looking for a passionate and driven personality to join our team, who can learn and grow under proficient and competent guidance of our team of experts.

Compensation: Purely commission

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Furnish unprecedented customer service.

2. Qualify clients, carry out design consultations, provide quotes, recommend product options based on client's need.

3. Facilitate project sale and close deals.

4. Review shop drawings with the technical team to obtain final approval.

5. Maintain relationships with clients for first rate customer service experience.

6. Obtain on going customer feedback during and after the projects are done.

7. Networking and working on the proliferation of the prospect list.

8. Meeting targets to support the company.

9. Ensuring high level of customer service experience throughout the entire process.

10. Follow up with the past appointments.

11. Report to the director of sales with regards to any client queries or communication.

14. Ability to work on saturdays.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years of sales experience in renovation Industry is preferred.

2. Leadership skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

4. Ability to handle pressure.

4. Own vehicle.

5. Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

You can earn from $75,000.00 upto $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:
Flexible schedule from Mon-Sat
