Our mission is focused on promoting personal growth and professional development through a dynamic team of ambitious people. We offer a full training and development program to ensure all of our team members are entering the field are prepared with adequate knowledge and skills.

Last year, we successfully produced 92,000$ worth of work. We are aiming to do 160,000$ this year and we are looking for the right people to produce the work.

Job description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning windows, siding and gutters as well as installing gutter guards on residential properties. You are also responsible for next door neighbor marketing after the jobs and collecting the cheques from the client. The management team is going to be very hands on during the month of May but after that we are expecting our teams to be fully independent. Once the month of June starts, crews will be responsible for carrying equipment from job-site to job-site, collecting the payments, ensuring client satisfaction and of course completing the projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Fluent in English (Billingual is an asset)
- Exceptional customer service skill
- An ambitious and contagious positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and coachability
- Willing to work outdoors
- A love for physical labour

Pay structure

- We pay 21$/hour
- Most clients tip our crews. We will train you on how to make the most with tips!
- Upselling on a project gets you 15% commission
- Each estimate you book while next door neighbor marketing nets you 15$
