Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, with a focus on Sciences and Mathematics.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs and goals of students.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with Maverick Academy's educational team to enhance tutoring methodologies and student engagement.
- Ensure a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve tutoring skills.

Requirements:
1) Current Enrolment in a University Program: The ideal candidate should be actively pursuing a degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related disciplines.
2) Valid Driver's License and Access to a Car: Due to the nature of the position, which may require travel to students' homes or different learning sites, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
3) Prior Tutoring Experience: Experience in tutoring or teaching is highly valued, though not strictly required. Candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
4) Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying concepts and engaging with students and parents.
5) Adaptability and Creativity: The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and to think creatively to make learning enjoyable and effective.
