Has Pull out bed/ c o u c h. Has air conditioning and ceiling vents into the bedroom and other areas of the trailer. Has three piece bathroom with power vent. Has three push outs one in the bedroom plenty of Lights plenty of storage. The trailer has electric leveling legs at the rear and also electric leveling legs at the front. This is a diamond edition also has insulated and heated storage tanks. 2 30 lb propane tanks. The floor has been updated to a wood floor.( it actually looks good and there is a carpet at the joint where the push out is so you can't even see where the joint is ).
the roof was gone over last year as some of the sealer strips had started lifting a bit it was done properly and there are no leaks the Heat and the air work and the refrigerator freezes properly also the outside shower works properly. Hot water heater works properly everything in this trailer has been well taken care of. The tires are in excellent condition this trailer is Road ready right now. Queen size bed upstairs. Hydro outlets and air conditioning upstairs. Lots of room in the bathroom big shower. The exterior is in excellent condition. The front cowling the stickers where they were peeling have been removed. We were going to remove the rest of the stickers and then buff it but we never had the time.
