Salary range: $42,176.04 to $47,189.29 annually
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services, you will provide a full range of administrative support services for the Business Office including campus reception functions of responding to telephone and in-person enquiries. You will provide superior customer service to all clients, students, staff, and the public. You may also perform duties related to Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable. These functions include but are not limited to:
- Receipting of money, processing deposits, invoicing and assisting students regarding tuition, sponsorships, overdue accounts, and refunds.
- Processing vendor invoice payments and reviewing staff reimbursements, reconciling vendor statements and correcting any discrepancies, liaising with management, vendors, and internal departments for invoice payment/resolution, answering accounts payable questions, and liaising with internal auditors.

- You demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in ensuring accurate posting of accounts, reconciling cash, accurately dealing with inquiries, processing refunds, etc.
