Grass cutting and yard maintenance is also included.
There is a large back deck with a barbecue and patio furniture.
There is also a large treed backyard for your outdoor enjoyment.
The rent is $1800.00 per month, due on the first day of each month, either by cash or etransfer.
There is a $600.00 damage deposit due at time of signing and this can be used as a deposit to confirm the rental.
The duplex is located at 17 Gordon Drive, Charlottetown.
