This 27 foot camper sleeps 8 to 9 people comfortably. Features full kitchen with oven, 3 top burner stove, microwave, double sink, 3 way fridge and lots of pantry storage. The couch pulls out to become a double bed and the table can be lowered for another bed, under both bench seats in the kitchen is more storage area. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds in the back bedroom with a single on top and a double on the bottom, lots of cabinet space in the bedrooms. The washroom features full shower and mini tub and flushing toilet with sky light and ceiling fan, the bathroom sink and medicine cabinet are just outside the bathroom door before you enter, there is more storage under the sink. There is also storage under the 2 larger beds that is accessible by either lifting the mattresses or from the outside.

Dual batteries & Two 30lb propane tanks with cover (probably still full) - Electric hitch, stabilizer sway bars, 2 new scissors jacks out of the 4 have been replaced. Sewer hose and adaptor is included. Also comes with a BBQ that mounts on the outside of the trailer and connects directly to the trailer propane. All windows have screens with no rips or tears, the main bedroom has a window cover on the outside of the trailer that lifts us for more natural light to filter through. The awning is in fair condition. Comes with a clean Vehicle claims history report.

Ceiling was recently replaced throughout the whole trailer and new installation installed, 2 walls in main bedroom have been updated with 3" pine strips and stained, 1 wall in the kitchen has also been updated. There are speakers wired throughout the trailer, there is a stereo system (but not installed), the A/C is in excellent working condition and the roof was re-sealed every year for the last 4 years. The tires haven't had very much wear and tear on them in the time we have had the unit (approx. 4 years).

It is a really nice trailer that has been loved and taken very good care of. Easy to pull behind your truck. We are selling because we are downsizing, empty nesters and our kids have all grown up and moved away.
