Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing, business development, and staff supervision to ensure the smooth operation and expansion of our services. Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Manage fleet accounts and coordinate autobody shop, insurance company repairs, and inspections.
- Develop promotional materials to effectively market our services to potential clients.
- Hire, train, direct, and evaluate staff to maintain a high level of service delivery.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with clients and partners.
- Market business services to target audiences through various channels.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in product development and evaluate marketing strategies for effectiveness.
- Direct and evaluate media relations activities on behalf of the organization.
- Establish distribution networks for products and services based on market research findings.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote sales.
- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
- Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, and events for publicity and fundraising.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material for internal and external use.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients after the sale.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar field of employment is required.
- Relevant certifications in marketing, sales, or related areas are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer technologies is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English.
