Looking for workable farm land for cash rental or share crop in Sarnia and surrounding areas. Small sole proprietorship farm operation looking to expand acres.

4 crop rotation of corn, soybeans, wheat, and oats, with red clover cover crop after wheat. Can use no-till, minimum till, or conventional tillage based on land owner preference. Soil testing performed every other year with results available to the land owner. Fertilizer program formulated by 3rd party agronomist. Can also assist landowners with maintenance of trees along fence lines, property clean up, etc.

Typical cash rental arrangement is 50% paid in spring prior to planting, 50% at harvest in fall. Land owner can also use my Farm Business Registration number on a Tenant Farmer declaration to reduce property tax. Ideally looking for long-term agreements (3 years), however will consider year-by-year arrangement depending on specifics.
