This is a very good, used bike rack for a 2-in receiver hitch. A couple of the rubber straps have lost some of their length of holes, but we have always managed to make them work. (New replacement ratcheting strap kits are available from Thule for $40.) There is some surface rust on the base where the rack has sat on concrete during off-seasons. We are selling this because we no longer have a vehicle with a hitch, and can't use it.
