Premium Built Structures is looking to hire a skilled tradesperson with previous experience in Post Frame Buildings and related construction techniques.

We are filling the role of Crew Supervisor to assist in the daily oversight and training of one of our 5 build crews operating out of Lacombe, Alberta.

Our crews work throughout Central Alberta installing large commercial, agriculture and residential buildings.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual who is interested in joining our team and growing with our busy company.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years supervising a crew with work specific to the Post Frame Industry.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings and follow proper build procedures.
Experience with the proper use of telehandlers, scissor lifts and fall arrest equipment.
Experience in layout, framing and truss installation for Post Frame Structures.
Experience in proper installation of Metal Sheathing and Metal trims.
Experience in the safety, organization and general housekeeping of a construction site with a 4-6 man crew.

Many days the crews return to our Lacombe shop but there is some out of town work required as well. When out of town work is required, it will involve hotel stays during the week for up to 4 nights at a time.

Out of town work DOES INCLUDE accommodations and daily living allowance.
This position is Full-Time and we are looking for a long term team member who can grow with our company.

Wage will be dependent on Previous Post Frame experience.
Supervisors are supplied with a company vehicle, all needed job site heavy equipment, and a fully outfitted Tool Crib.

Must have own transportation to and from our Shop in Lacombe.
Must have steel toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, and tool belt with basic hand tools.
Must be comfortable working at heights in Fall Arrest harness and gear.
