Such a sweet issue back in 1988 , These are vintage. DEsigned by mother of Humphrey Bogart. Girl is dressed as back in pre -victorian and hair is lovely. Great gift.
Sealed with a Kiss is name of this figure. 4 inches. I am not sure what was in right hand . Envelope. Maybe there . Looks fine. Made by Heirloom Traditions for a while #1899 .
