Night Warehouse Team Member – Full Time

The ideal candidate will be required to work evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:00pm~) and weekend coverage may be required. The ideal candidate must posses a valid Class 5 drivers license and be required to handle the physical demands of the job, such as repeated heavy lifting (50lbs), kneeling, long periods of standing, working in a warm and cold environment, and the safe handling of hazardous materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Building, picking and packaging outbound orders in accordance with BOL & sales order requirements
Loading, and unloading of transport trucks
Daily/Weekly inventory counts
Storage and maneuvering of product using forklift and/or electric pallet jack
Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicles and operate vehicle safely in accordance with all traffic laws
Wrapping and securing of all outgoing shipments
General warehouse and brewery organization
Ensuring department(s) daily goods supplies are fulfilled
Delivering, loading and unloading products and supplies between GP Brewing Co. facilities
Pallet runs
Requirements:

18 years or older
Fluent in English
Valid Alberta drivers' license
Clean criminal record
Highly self-motivated, with a can-do attitude that is willing to achieve excellence
Strong teamwork skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to work in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to high quality of standards
Attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines
Access to reliable transportation
Experience & Education:

High school Diploma
Post-secondary education
Experience working in a brewery or production facility is preferred but GP Brewing Co. will provide onsite training.
Forklift and power jack experience/tickets are considered a plus
TDG and WHIMIS training an asset

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 40 hours (Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, with occasional weekend coverage as needed)
3:00pm-11:00pm

Wage: from $20.00/hour

Supplemental Pay Type: Overtime
