Room has a queen size bed, 40" tv, newer dresser, table and chair.

The bedroom and kitchen/suite will be fully furnished, and room has locking door.

Bathroom is shared with a clean & tidy (30s) male who is not home very much.

Preferred long term but short term rental (minimum 6 months) maybe OK for the right tenant.

Bus stop is just steps from the house and it a ~8 min bus ride to Brighouse skytrain station/Richmond center.
5 min walk to nice strip mall with Freshco, banks, restaurants, etc.

Rent will include use of full size washer/dryer, hydro, natural gas, tv (living room), unlimited high speed internet, towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry detergents, etc.

Very clean, safe, quiet and mature environment.

House owner also lives in suite.
Note there is a 3 month old baby in suite until near the end of 2024.
Baby is usually pretty good but she does cry sometimes.
Other than baby crying sometimes, it is a very quiet suite/house.

No pets, smoking/vaping or loud parties.

References and credit check are required.
