We are two graduating/working ~24 year old females looking for another female around our age to rent a room to! Looking for student or working professional, must be friendly, clean, and tidy :)

Located by the avalon mall, we are a 5 minute walk from the mall with a bus stop just up the street. There is space in the driveway for one smaller vehicle

The shower in the bathroom is shared between one other roommate, toilet and sink space is strictly yours.

There is one older cat living here (and there will be a 2nd cat until may), no additional pets allowed.

Rent is $568 month to month, utilities internet included. Room comes unfurnished.

No smoking, no pets, female only tenant, longterm rental
