Responsibilities

Works with customers, distributors, salespeople and customer service representatives, and key managers via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat or face-to-face.

Resolves product and application related issues either internally or externally in the Canada and backfills for USA and LatAm when and where needed.





Requirements

- Fluent English and French Canadian language abilities in order to speak directly to customers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
