We are seeking a responsible and organized person with attention to detail and an interest in psychological services to fulfill the role of “Psychologist's Assistant”. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

-General office management duties and assistance managing Dr. Davila's psychological practice including billing management.
-Reviewing reports, insurance claims, and other forms
-Submitting claims, invoices, and reports
-Appointment scheduling
-Answering phone calls and emails (from doctors, lawyers, and insurance companies)

The qualified candidate must:
-Be flexible, able to multitask, and adapt to change
-Be prepared to work 20 hours per week
-Have completed highschool education (post-secondary psychology studies valued highly)
-Be responsible, well organized, and detail oriented
-Have good oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish speaking a valued asset)
-Be able to work in person at a home office in Etobicoke (Islington/Dundas)
