We manufacture and sell Organic agricultural supplies, including high-quality soils and fertilizers, to gardeners, landscapers, and agricultural professionals across the region and through our online store. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Production Worker to join our dynamic team in the packaging division. Overview: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse environment. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties: Receive and unload incoming shipments - Inspect and verify the accuracy of received products - Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas - Pick and pack orders for shipment - Prepare shipping labels and documentation - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment - Fill, weigh, and seal bags, ensuring that each package meets specified weights and quality standards - Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures - Assist in inventory counts and warehouse organization - Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize packaging processes and increase efficiency - Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Forklift Ticket is a bonus.
