This is a rare find! It's only a handful of years old (2019), but it's like new... it was used very rarely. We bought it just before Covid, and never got back into camping - so we'd love to see someone else enjoying it! It's what some call a "couple's camper" since it's 18 feet long and only has a queen-size bed (no bunks), but, of course, the table can be lowered to make a small sleeping area for a guest. Some years it wasn't out of the carport at all - never snowed on, rarely in the sun or rain of summer, even the interior winterized (see covers in the photos). There was no smoking in it, and it has a dehumidifier all the time - so it doesn't have a "used camper smell". The furthest it was pulled was to the Saint John area of NB a couple times, from the Annapolis Valley - a sway bar hitch is included, so it pulls very well. Best guess - it was towed less than 3,000km. It's inspected until 2025, and the wheel bearings were checked in 2023 when the last MVI was done. The first couple of years it was towed by a 4 litre Ranger, which wasn't a problem. But we upgraded to a larger truck (mostly because we got a large dog and it needed more back seat), and the 5.7 litre Ram hardly knows it's back there. Granted, either truck burns more gas when towing... but that's a given. This camper is intended to be pulled, basically, by anything with a V6 or larger - dry weight is just over 3,300 pounds. The camper has a 3 piece bathroom (with a stand-alone shower), microwave, fridge, propane stove, and sink cover. The price is $22,500... which includes a well maintained Honda 2500 generator and solar panel for boondocking or home use. If there's interest, we'd consider a package deal, camper, truck (2017 with 147,000kms - also in great condition), generator, and panel - but would likely be in the ballpark of $40,000. The Ram has the trailer package (heavy duty rear end, wide mirrors), so it's already set up for the electric brakes on the camper - without it, an RV centre can install on in any vehicle. Since it's now the first of April, the camper is currently winterized (antifreeze, battery removed/charged over the winter, etc), but will be prepped for the summer soon, including a new hot water tank anode.
