Job Title: Administrative Assistant (organic work from home and in office)
Fulltime/ Part time- Organic (From office and Home)

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Tasks:

Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain filing system.
Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Area of Work Experience: Real estate.
