Join myself and @propsfloral (local floral business in hydrostone) for a soulful, flower power filled Sunday afternoon designed to nurture your creative spirit and mental wellness through the blend of yoga floral arrangement!

Laura will first lead you through a special flow combining breath and movement to create space & awaken the creative being within!

Followed by Floral Designer, Amanda Moore of @propsfloral as she guides you through creating a beautiful spring-inspired floral arrangement full of fresh seasonal blooms that you get to take home.

All real flowers/materials provided!
