Job description
The food truck driver / customer service position will be working along side executive sous chef, to deliver and run food trucks to any events in the Red Deer area and promote our brand!

Must be comfortable driving a food truck and cooking and serving hot foods!

Primary Responsibilities

Help oversee the day to day operations at the food truck.
Maintain the required records including food production, inventory, and meal counts
Ensure food truck staff follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
Preside over food truck employees including cooks, food preppers, and cashiers
Prepare and serve the food
Ensure all staff are following the food truck menus set by the Culinary Services manager
Record required cooler temperatures, food waste, and food temperatures
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, and proper rotation of product
Supervise and train food truck employees
Effectively follow opening and closing food truck procedures
Maintain all kitchen equipment

You Have:

6 months experience in a leadership role in a fast paced kitchen environment
Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
Food safe certification is an asset
Ability to work evenings and weekends based on our business needs.
