• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in dispatching within the transportation industry.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French languages is mandatory.
• Load Booking: Ability to efficiently book loads and dispatch them to drivers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Schedule Management: Proficient in handling and managing delivery schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, ensuring smooth delivery operations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during dispatching or delivery processes.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work closely with other team members and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch loads to drivers, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide necessary instructions and updates.
• Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched loads and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
