Welcome to Jimmi's Italian Kitchen, now open on Jim Kimmett Boulevard in Napanee, Ontario! We're looking to build a strong team with dedicated and passionate employees who look to grow and learn in their workplace, but most importantly have fun while doing it. We are currently hiring full-time line cooks, prep cooks to start working immediately, full-time preferred.

Our Ideal Candidates Have:

- A minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience
- Extensive knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
- Extensive experience in the food industry
- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, strong ability to abide by all recipes and dish specs
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and control costs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Knowledge of restaurant principles and practices

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of kitchen management or equivalent in the hospitality industry (role dependant)
- HACCP food handlers
- Secondary school diploma

Wages;

- Line Cooks: $18-$20/hour tips partially covered benefits after 3 month probationary period
- Prep Cooks: $17-20/hour tips partially covered benefits after 3 month probationary period
