NOW HIRING: Experienced Oilfield Personnel (Well Testing)

We are currently searching for Well Testers Operators and Lead Operators with previous Oilfield experience for full time, ongoing long-term project 24 on / 7 to 10 off rotation, accommodation provided, 12 hr. shifts.

The Well Testing Operator position is an entry level position to the Well Testing industry and is part of a teamwork environment and executes the required duties in a safe manner. As a Well Testing Operator, you will be required to work in remote locations for extended periods of up to 24 days at a time (12-hour shifts). Oilfield experience is essential, Priority will be given to applicants with Well Testing experience.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Assist with our organization and work in conjunction with crew members to ensure an efficient job from rig-in to rig-out of Test equipment.
· Ensure all safe work practices are followed.
· Assist in the maintenance of all district test equipment to ensure its readiness for work.
· Assist with the preventative maintenance on equipment and in the operation of test equipment in a safe and competent manner when required to do so.
· Gather all field data sheets and present them in a neat, organized manner to the job supervisor for data entry.
· Assist in general duties in the operations bases if needed, i.e. shop and yards.
· Completes all company sponsored safety training.
· Assist in the setup and teardown of test equipment and fixtures.
·Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during testing.
· Operate and maintain test equipment for various types of tests.
· Follow test procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results.
· Record and document test data and observations.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tests.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in operations or other related fields
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
· Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and procedures quickly.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Must be able to pass Pre-employment testing.
· Willingness to work in remote locations when required.
· Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Up to date Certifications:
· Standard First Aid and BC Out of Jurisdiction Endorsement
· H2S Alive from Energy safety Canada
· CSO training from Energy Safety Canada

Job Type: Full-time
Day Rate Salary: Varies based on experience
LOA In-town work: $40 (Non-Taxable)
LOA Camp work: $10 (Non-Taxable)
Accommodation is provided during work hitch.
