Looking for experienced Steep sloped roofers to start ASAP ( Min 3 years EXP )
Paid up to date after each 10 or 12 day hitch. ( No hold backs)
This is a out of town project (Waterton AB ) that has already started so in need of other good exp guys ASAP
Must be physically fit and good on steep pitch and heights.
Job details .. Removal of old roof is being done by another contractor ..we are Installing strapping and plywood over exsiting roof. New flashings , Ice & water and Installing new composite cedar shakes.
Its a very steep roof 16/12 pitch , scaffolding is set up.
Must be able to install valley, gable and drip edge flashings.
This is a inspected project , top quailty workmanship is a must !
New Maulift 1075 zoom boom on site ,
Approx 3 months remaining in project
This is a windy area .. must be willing to work in the elements to keep job progressing.
Too much wind 45-50 kms or better we can call it a shut down day.
There is also a guaranteed hourly wage benifets, So if it gets too windy, cold , snow or other weather conditions we cannot work in, you still get paid for 8 hours per day.
Paid Kitchenatte rooms provided.
LOA allowance paid tax free (seperate cheque)

Must be able to work and be productive, be able to handle 5/8 plywood sheeting.
